Our TKO’s Smith Machine has 8 different height settings and a rotating bar that slips into the slots with ease. Users can lift independently and have a safe and secure workout thanks to the twin safety stops. Starting weight is reduced to 14 lbs. by using a counterweighted lifting arm. For optimal durability, the Smith machine is constructed from 11 gauge tube. For intense chest and shoulder routines, combine this machine with any bench!
